Basic/Common rules
All community events (any event of one or more society/ies) are not charged
Access to common space/amenities is for members only (A member is any individual who is a part of any of the 3 societies)
Common amenities are a smoke free zone, and smoking is permissible only in demarcated areas
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in common area / amenity spaces
<discuss: recover fine in case of misuse> (Noncompliance to Point 2 and 3, will attract punitive action in terms of a fine or restriction of access to common space/amenities or both)
The MC of all 3 societies must share the list of defaulters with Gera CRM to enforce such action stated in Point 4.

For Personal Access or Private Events
To make a booking for private function, a member must send a request in form of an email to all the 3 MCs, and GERA CRM atleast 5 days prior to the event. The email must clearly state the Dates and Timings of the booking.
Approvals from all 3 societies will be given in the form of emails. Any disapproval by a society will clearly state the reason for disapproval.
Gera CRM to is copied to confirm availability of the space.
It is responsibility if individual societies to responded within 2 days of receiving a request.
A event notification shall be displayed on all 3 society’s notice boards in addition to an email communication.
Each available time slot is charged at Rs 2500.
Additionally, a refundable deposit of Rs 2500 / time slot will be charged.
The charges are paid to Gera Greensville CAM account
There are two time slots in a day, 11 AM to 2 PM and 7 PM to 10 PM all 7 days of the week.
The members must ensure upkeep of the premises and see to it that no property of the society is damaged
The members must ensure that cleanliness is maintained after the event
For society or community events
If 1 society wishes to conduct an event, it must make an application to MCs of 2 other societies - 5 days prior to the event.
If 2 societies wish to conduct an event, it must make an application to the third society - 5 days prior to the event.
Community events involving all 3 societies be mutually arranged for
When its not a community event involving all of the above member societies, the hosting society(or societies) must pay Rs 2500 as usage charges (each)
Objection if any be communicated in writing.
A copy should be marked to Gera CRM to confirm availability
Application be responded within 2 days.
Event notification shall be displayed on all 3 societies notice boards, communication be sent on email
It is the responsibility of the member that society property is not damaged and cleanliness is maintained after the event.

Please Note:-
High Court: No loudspeakers allowed
Evolve Grass Turf:
This place is not to be used to play sports - especially with gears like spiked shoes, stumps etc
Food and drinks not allowed
BMX arena
All members are advised to use extreme precaution when biking or skating in this arena
The expertise required to enjoy this arena is high, and novice sportsmen must avoid risking it
Supervision of parents is advisable
Amenities at Evolve:
Access is for members with IDs (IDs not required for crickrt pitch and tennis court)
Amenities are accessible to members during timings when academies are not using them.
Timings for access or academies can be checked on Evolve notice board and is likely to change from time to time.
For use of academies, vouchers can be purchased from GERA through GERA app
