IMP: As per city wide guidelines its curfew from 9pm to 5am (3 June 2020 - 30 June 2020), only movement of essential services is permitted

Resident Guidelines

Protection against infection / Hygiene

1. All residents should wear a mask before exiting the house and wear it at all times in the SOJ and Greenville premises.

a. Fine of Rs. 500 will be charged on the spot if anyone is found in violation.

2. Sanitizers are made available in the public areas, residents and owners should use it whenever necessary.

a. If the sanitizer dispenser is found empty at any time, please report immediately to the nearest security guard.

3. Temporary wash basin and soap is available in parking areas. Residents and owners should use it if necessary, before entering the buildings to minimize exposure to infection.

4. Common areas and lobbies shall be sanitised frequently in a day , owing to increased movement of residents and outsiders . Residents should avoid exiting the house at the time of sanitization of common areas and lobbies. If there is an emergency, request the staff to wait for a minute and allow you to pass. Do not interrupt this work if there is no emergency.

Entry / Exit

Note: all entry-exits for SOJ residents' vehicles shall be logged in mygate app , there shall be no need to fill the form as advised during Lockdown 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0

5. Vehicle door handle sanitization is available and mandatory for any 4-wheeler entering SOJ and Greenville. This facility is available at the main gate and the resident/owner needs to be patient while security performs this sanitization.

6. Car Stickers and vehicle registration in MyGate app is mandatory

a. All SOJ residents (owners/tenants) are required to register their vehicles (two and four wheelers, both) in MyGate and obtain the vehicle parking sticker from the security at P1.

b. Security to perform on the spot registration at the stop points and provide the sticker if found in violation.

c. If the sticker is not affixed on the vehicles, entry to the parking area will be denied

d. All entry exits for all vehicles shall be logged by the security in MyGate app

7. Every entry point for SOJ has a rope barrier installed. There will be a mandatory temperature check performed by the deployed security guard. Please be patient as the guard might have to take multiple readings , if in doubt.

a. If there is a high temperature or any other symptom observed the security guard will immediately make a note of the name and flat number of the individual.

b. He will notify the designated MC contact.

c. Resident/owner is requested to stay indoors and contact a medical practitioner and have tests performed. Please remember, precaution is the best way to ensure that you and your family stay safe.

8. Residents traveling inter-city or inter-state back home to SOJ , must procure a medical fitness certificate from point of origin and intimate the same to SOJ MC accordingly . Upon arrival they will be required to quarantine at their homes for 14 days . All essentials and deliveries shall be provided by the security at their door step . Nobody shall step out of the house or come in from the start date of home quarantine until next 14 days .

Moving around in GV premises

9. While going out for morning or evening walks please ensure that social distancing is observed and masks are used at all times. Security guards or any other resident is allowed to approach violators and educate. This is for the safety of the entire community.

9.a. A per government guidelines , people in the age group of 10-65 years only, can step out, others are advised to stay home. We expect you to uphold this directive as well.

10. Parents need to educate the children before sending them in the public areas for relaxation or playing . Masks need to be used at all times and physical distancing needs to be observed.

Other guidelines

11. MC will send educational / instructional messages / videos on resident/owner WhatsApp groups. Please keep yourself updated by going through them.

12. All vendors/repair technicians need to wear a mask and gloves inside the society and the resident flat at all times. Residents need to be vigilant and ensure compliance once inside the flat. They shall follow the same visitor guidelines. Please click here to view.

13. Residents are advised to maintain stock of all essentials for minimum 7 days. This will avoid any rush to the market or main gate and reduce the footfall.

14. All app based deliveries shall be brought in to P1 level of your building. Residents are advised not to meet the delivery person. You may talk to the person on phone to seek acknowledgement of delivery and collect your parcels from P1 level after the delivery person has left. Please remember to collect your parcels from P1 level promptly. The security shall not be liable for its loss. For details on available vendors, click here

15. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are also restricted for delivery until P1 level. They are exempt from the curfew timings set by PMC. From 3 June 2020 till 30 June 2020, PMC as imposed curfew from 9pm to 5am exempting all essential services.
