Please find the process as appended below for the booking of the common areas other than the academies.
For the bookings of the common area email has to be sent to parul.sah@gera.in with cc to abhijeet.suryawanshi@gera.in. Please refer to the attached pdf for the charges of Evolve. In case of external trainers as per the existing rules 15% of the revenue needs to be paid by the trainer to the common area maintenance account for 1-15 students and 20% for 16-25 students. The same is also mentioned in the point no 3 of the FAQs.
For any personal event the usage charges are Rs. 2500/- plus 18% GST for 4 hours. The security deposit charges for the same is Rs. 2500/-
