AD will also be circulated in local Whatsapp groups

*Lists shall be modified as examples and experiences build up
*The intent of charges is to cover for wear and tear, housekeeping and/or accidental damage to society property
*As such the inclusions and exclusions are fairly defined by activities which are rare for settled residents .e.g how many times a settled resident shifts his/her sofa/almirah etc?
