Elevator Upgrade

1. SOJ A1 A2 elevator motherboards were dated 2016 with driver dated to 2014. The OEM Thyssenkrupp does not support them anymore and repairs to the frequent stalling issues got very difficult. So the elevators had to be upgraded to 2021 OEM driver. 

2. This is NOT a aesthetic refurbishing of the elevators, this is the core / heart of the elevator (electrical components, not mechanical components) which is being upgraded.

3. OEM Thyssenkrupp informed us that they do not undertake upgrade projects, hence we engaged our existing elevator AMC vendor for this cause since he will also be provided AMC after the upgrade. We have verified the cost of the material which is genuine make from OEM, and are working at a discounted price from Airtek.

4. We trust Airtek to provide us genuine material and AMC service, since we have been working with him since 2021 continuously, when he also provided service during Covid period, when nobody did.
