Important Clarification Regarding Supply of Essentials and Restricted Movement - Please read through - 11th April
Dear Residents
We are into this lock down for over 2 weeks now and while the Covid situation is get to improve as desired, it is again most imperative that we remain within our houses and move out only and only if emergency
Continuing with our objective of facilitating and providing all essentials within the society premises this is to clarify that:
1. Vendors for vegetables, groceries, bread, diary and medicines will continue to operate within the premises at regular schedules as communicated to maintain the supply of essentials.
2. Deliveries of gas cylinder will be allowed till door.
3. Delivery of 10/20 liters water bottles will be allowed till P1.
4. Rest all essential deliveries will be allowed till main gate.
Request residents to kindly follow the below:
1. Not step out of the society even on foot to get groceries/vegetables and rather use the vendors being arranged within.
Please Avoid venturing out as much as possible for any reason and see if it can be managed from within!
2. Minimise external deliveries as much as possible.
3. Please stock up essentials in one go to sustain for a couple of days so that to restrict movements.
4. For bulk delivery go grocery you may reach out to Greensville or Reliance who would deliver the items at P1.
5. For picking up items from P1 or vendors within please ensure you are wearing mask as it is mandatory.
Please understand that every contact with an outside person increase the risk of you being infected and thereby infecting others inside.
Request you all to cooperate with security as they will be restricting any movement within or outside society. In case of any requirement that you may have, please check in this group if someone has a spare before taking an extreme step or venturing out with or without police permission.
While the MC is working relentlessly towards the safety and well being of our premises and residents in these times, you may please note that not everything is enforced but these are balanced guidelines for the greater good.
Thank you.
Stay safe and stay healthy.
