Mahesh Bhupati Tennis Academies Pvt Ltd
-1 oct 2016 for 5 years
3.2 exclusive, no other coaching allowed
-12 sessions 1 hr each (2 vouchers/flat)
5.1.3 15 days notice to carry maintenance on court, not more than 2 days
6.2.1 Daily maintenance daily sweeping, weekly washing done by MBTA
6.2.2 Court equipment repair on GDPL
6.5 2 2 designated cup board
-GDPL to pay 17,87,500/- + taxes

-Every year: 4 theater workshop, 2 weeks long, 12 sessions, 3 hrs each
-option of additional workshop for 10 additional enrollment: Directly charged, 20% goes to GDPL
-GDPL pays 3,550/- per enrollment, totalling 19,52,500/-, paid in 5 installments of 3,90,500/- start of 1st workshop each year.
-secret amount (most probably a fat sum) paid by GDPL to LD for branding rights :)).
CLOOD on Musica Pvt. ltd. (Music)
-436 GDPL sponsored participants
-3 batches annually, batch size for Grow with music (max 20); combination course (max 5)
-Additional participants payment ourside GDPL sponsored, 10% goes to GDPL
-32,40,000/- to paid by GDPL (16,20,00/- at start & 16,20,000 on the enrollment of 163rd GDPL sponsored participant)
-All these contracts cater to basic level trainings only (except DCTI where NA)
-advance level trainings are paid.
- 20% share goes to GDPL for participants
- Rates for extra participants are already decided in MoU
- workshops are not round the year. e.g for cricket only 1 summer workshop
-termination of MoU is on notice, looks simple to me if this is ever required
