Guidelines for housekeeping staff

DAILY

• 1. Garbage collection,

     1. segregation,

     2. cleaning of dustbins,

     3. give wet / organic waste to OWC operator

     4. give plastic / dry paper waste to recycling

  2. Elevators - wipe steel body, doors on all floors, mirrors, call button panel, broom and mop floor

  3. Lobby areas on all floors - broom and mop - Ground - 15 + P1 + P2 + P3

  4. Lobby areas - P1 + P2 + P3 - wipe glass doors and windows

  5. Common bathrooms - 2 - thorough cleaning

  6. Society office - 1 - brooming and mopping

  7. CAM room - 1 - brooming and mopping

ALTERNATE DAYS

• 1. Monday/Wednesday/Friday

     1. passenger staircase - brooming, mopping, cobweb cleaning

     2. P1 - parking area - driveways, parkings, front and rear ramp - brooming and cobweb cleaning

  2. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

     1. fire staircase - brooming, mopping, cobweb cleaning

     2. P2 - parking area - driveways and parkings - brooming and cobweb cleaning

     3. P3 - parking area - driveways and parkings - brooming and cobweb cleaning

  3. OWC area, keep clean, broom frequently if necessary

EVERY 15 DAYS

• 1. Clean covered tops of parking areas in P1

  2. Clean all doors and grills on all floors, all staircases

  3. Terrace area

  4. Fire room, keep clean, broom frequently if necessary

QUARTERLY

• 1. Cleaning P1 P2 P3 parking areas and driveways with jet spray machine (5 days activity)

  2. Cleaning all lobby areas floor with disc brush machine (10 days activity)

ANNUAL

• 1. Facade cleaning

ON DEMAND

• 1. Cleaning of cobwebs in flats open balconies - chargeable to owner at Rs 50 one time
