2021-10-16 Handover of CAM from GDPL

Dear All,

As mentioned earlier, the MCs of the societies that make up Greensville complex are now in the process of receiving the handover of all common areas, facilities and amenities from the builder.

Currently we have taken the physical possession and are in the process of verifying documents and assets etc. Basic level documents have been provided and we have raised demand for detailed documents such as layouts, architects designs, pipelines, electric lines and many more. We have also repeated demand to builder that some of the amenities are inadequate (such as gym, lighting, CCTV coverage etc). In case builder does not provide, our societies will jointly invest in these gradually. You can read more about those items in all minutes of meetings.

Our societies have jointly appointed a new security agency ANSEC and facility management agency OCS and the new reputed agencies are in the process of taking hand over from outgoing agencies. Please expect some teething issues initially for few days as our new vendors get familiarized with our processes and practices.

Our MC members are working jointly with other societies representatives at ground level - many representatives from all societies are spending almost 4 to 8 hours daily at ground and meeting daily for various discussions.

Evolve clubhouse building and swimming pools should become accessible to all residents by 1st Nov. Most of the open areas, Engage gym and sports facilities are open already.
