Covid precaution security protocol
Looking at the increasing number of positive cases in GV, and the fact that the spread has spiked in last 2-3 days, it may be imperative to shut down amenities if the cases count escalates. PMC also reserves the right to seal the buildings should the positive cases count increase. Hence residents are advised to be wise and exercise utmost caution. Socializing, even for children, roaming about without masks, sharing swimming pools, asymptomatic carriers, everything poses risk at this juncture and we trust the residents to be responsible in practicing to covid-safe behavior.
Residents are requested to promptly share test results with MC or upon developing symptoms or undertaking any subsequent tests, and when recovered with a negative test result - please proactively stop entry / exit of residents, visitors and domestic help until negative test report is sought
Non residents: entry for fully vaccinated persons only. Proof with aadhar and certificate needed. Applicable for everyone - maids, cooks, drivers, car washing personnel, laundry, repair works, anyone and everyone.

If documents are verified once, only entry is acceptable, but verification once is mandatory by security
Those who have not received dose 1 shall not be permitted entry
Those who have not received dose 2, after 90 days from dose 1, shall not be permitted entry
Positive flats shall be quarantined for 7 days until negative test report is sought or no symptoms are observed (as per PMC guidelines). No outsider entry allowed. Residents requested to not move out. All parcel deliveries will be done to doorstep. It is possible that few members may test positive, others staying in same flat may test negative. But quarantine rules shall apply to everyone in that flat. Your cooperation is solicited.
Househelps working in flats with positive patients must produce negative RTPCR report else shall not be allowed to work in other flats.
Security shall send the parcels from p1 to doorstep of the positive flats twice a day
All society staff must be fully vaccinated. Suspended from work until vaccination certificate is submitted (starting 8 Jan 2022). All staff must wear masks at all times.
Documentation of aadhar and vaccination certificate be maintained by security on google drive
Sanitize elevators twice in the day - 8am and 8pm (both night shift security).
Wipe the button panels with sanitizer dipped cloth.
Sanitize P1 lobby at 8am.
No entry to anybody without masks. Remind everyone to wear mask at all times. No entry to personnel refusing to wear masks.
No labor work allowed inside any flat until Jan 30. Emergency exceptions by MC approval on email only for fully vaccinated labor.
All parcel deliveries to P1 level only. Exception for heavy goods, water cans, gas cylinder, milk and newspaper, medicines - residents are requested to cooperate and pickup all other deliveries from P1
Monitor temperature of everyone entering the building, make proper mygate entry, do not allow entry if temperature >= 100 def F. Report to MC on such cases immediately.
