You may provide your company access card 11 digit unique card number, which can be activated on SOJ system
Owners must ensure tenants handover cards to security supervisor when they leave, so that they can be given new tenants
Purpose: Improve access restriction, vigil and control on private residential spaces of Song of Joy
All residents of Song of Joy, both owners and tenants, of A1/A2 buildings will need to have access cards to enter premises
All entry/exit points within SOJ A1/A2 buildings shall be controlled by access cards
A1 - P1 - entry would need access card - exit would have a push button - anyone without access cards will need to make entry to security register and follow protocol
A1 - P2 - entry and exit would need access card - no access to visitors
A2 - P1 - entry would need access card - exit would have a push button - anyone without access cards will need to make entry to security register and follow protocol
A2 - P2 - entry and exit would need access card - no access to visitors
A2 - P3 - entry and exit would need access card - no access to visitors
All residents of A1 and A2 building would have access to all 5 entry/exit points
All the above entry/exit points would still continue to have guards as the scenario today
Guards at P1 shall have 1 card
Guards at P2 and P3 shall not have cards
Security supervisor shall have 1 card
Housekeeping supervisor shall have 1 card
Children who are not accompanied by adults, or who do not have cards, can use P1 entry/exit
All door locks are powered by DG backup
In case of fire, power supply will be turned off, and door locks would open by themselves
Cost
Access card system: Rs 90,000: Rs 750 per flat
Rs 100 per card for additional cards (max 4 cards per flat)
Rs 200 for a lost card
All cards as of date are already issued to all owners
Collection of Rs 1000 will be made from each flat for access card system + 2 cards + GST + freight + installation charges
Lost cards need to be deactivated in order to deter misuse, society maintains registry of cards
Owners must not handover cards to residents who do not stay
Owners must take responsibilty of tenants to ensure cards are passed onto them and that they do not lose it
