All residents are requested to use only those parking spots allocated to your unit by the builder
If you are not aware of the same, kindly have that clarified from Gera CRM team
The owners must procure a parking allocation letter from Gera CRM team upon possession of the unit, with a layout clearly demarcating the space allocated to them
If for some reason you are unable to park in your own parking slot - please use the REAR-side open guest parking, demarcated on the sloping area behind the A1/A2/A3 buildings
Please do not park your vehicle in slots allotted to someone else, just assuming that it is empty, unless you have prior permission from the owner
Guest open parking - is demarkated at the back of the A1/A2/A3 buildings - on the ramp
If the guests plan to leave later in the night, please park their vehicles at the REAR-side of A1/A2/A3 buildings, use P2 for entry/exit - in order to minimise the disturbance when they leave at late night - since the front parking is much closer to buildings than the rear parking slots
Halting vehicles at P1 level for pickup and dropping off people is certainly permitted, which usually cannot be more than 6 minutes (airport rule) - please do not occupy common areas or someone else's parking area to halt for long
The society reserves the right to lock any vehicle found parked incorrectly. Rs 500 per day would be charged to have it released.
