Visitors and guest guidelines
(applicable for all non-residents of SOJ , including guests from TT or SV visiting SOJ)
Please re-consider inviting guests to your home considering both yours and their safety

mygate entries for visitors and guests and seeking approval for entry from resident / owner , as before , will continue to be done
Entry for guests will be from P1 level only - those residents smuggling in guests in their own cars via P2 / P3 parkings , jumping entire safety protocol need to realise how risky their actions are
1. All visitors and guests should wear masks at all times while in public places, lifts or lobbies.
a. If anyone is found in violation, the visitor or guest may be denied entry in the SOJ and Greenville premises.
b. The resident/owner may be fined Rs. 500 if there is a violation from guest or visitor.
2. Sanitizers are made available in the public areas, residents and owners should use it whenever necessary.
a. If the sanitizer dispenser is found empty at any time, please report immediately to the nearest security guard.
3. Temporary wash basin and soap is available in parking areas. Residents and owners should use it if necessary, before entering the buildings to minimize exposure to infection.
4. Vehicle door handle sanitization is available and mandatory for any 4-wheeler entering SOJ and Greenville. This facility is available at the main gate and the visitor/guest needs to be patient while security performs this sanitization.
5. Every entry point for SOJ has a rope barrier installed. There will be a mandatory temperature check performed by the deployed security guard. Please be patient as the guard might have to take multiple readings if in doubt.
a. If the temperature is high or any other symptom observed, entry to the SOJ tower will be denied and the visitor/guest will be asked to go home.
b. The guard will notify the designated MC contact and the resident/owner where the guest intends to visit.
c. Resident/owner is requested to say indoors and not make any attempt to meet the visitor/guest. Please remember, precaution is the best way to ensure that you and your family stays safe.
6. Residents must liase with repair technicians directly for scheduling appointments for doorstep visit . They shall follow the same protocol as for visitors as mentioned above . All vendors/repair technicians need to wear a mask and gloves inside the society and the flat at all times. Resident/owner needs to be vigilant and ensure compliance once inside the flat.
