Noise after 11pm
we request all residents to obey the code of conduct in the interest of community and cooperated living.
Since we are an apartment complex and not independent housing, please be mindful of noise after 11pm.
We completely understand your celebration, however post 11pm, you shall be requested to turn down the volume, whether music, or talking or dancing or anything which obstructs resting peace at night.
Security team and MC reserve the right to complain to the police to escalate the matter.
Residents are advised to also caution their tenants of the code of conduct.
Stuck flush knob
we get frequent complaints where flush knobs get stuck, catch air, and do not release because of which a lot of water is wasted.
When this happens the entire flush line has to be shut and all flats on that line do not get flush water.
All societies in GV, SOJ, TT, SV treat their waste in common STP plant. SOJ and TT reuse the treated water from STP as flushing water and hence the system is installed in a closed loop. If one flat flush knob is a problem, then shutting the line affects all the flats on the line until the issue is remediated.
We request residents to oil, repair or replace the problematic flush knobs such that the issue does not recur.
Residents are requested to watch after their children, visiting guests and house help, who may not be aware of the issue and could accidentally leave the flush knob stuck, cause a lot of inconvenience to other residents in the building.
Using both elevators for movement of goods
Residents are advised to use only service elevator to move their goods or when shifting houses. Please clean up the service elevator after your work is done. Please keep smaller passenger elevator free at all times.
The security is instructed to watch over the movers and packers when this happens, but since this task runs long for 8 to 10 hours sometimes, it is not practical to designate a guard full shift for its supervision.
Please also ensure no damage to the elevators is caused and that you do not overload the elevator anytime.
Movement of goods must be done from A1/A2 P2 lobby only and never from P1 lobby.
Falling objects from higher floors to ground floors
We repeatedly get complaints that wrappers, dry garbage, toys, food, dirty water, etc. very often keeps falling to the ground floor garden area.
The garden area flats are constructed such and by their virtue residents on higher floors are requested to be mindful
In one such serious instance, a dumbbell fell from a higher floor into garden, very close to an elderly lady working in the garden. Such an object could have instantly caused fatal tragedy.
Residents occuypying refuge area spaces
A fire is a tragedy which can escalate very quickly before it can be controlled. In that time it is crucial for all refuge area exit points to be perfectly clear such that fire fighters can have clear access for quick action.
It is observed that residents hoard a lot of unwanted stuff, cover it with shoe racks, bicycles, pots and plants and make the refuge area inaccessible. Please note that it is not only an offense to do so, but also a large threat.
Refuge areas are expected to be clear at all times.
