Proposing TWO LED dome lights in lobby on every floor to be setup on motion sensors

Problem

• • Cost of 1 LED dome light is Rs 4800, replacement light / choke costs Rs 700

  • Waranty does not include choke burn

  • As of now lights are kept ON for 24 hours, over heating and over use, reduces life of choke

  • We have already spent Rs 9000 approx on replacement of a few pieces,
