2. The connection will be issued in name of flat owner only, however the tenant can also apply

   1. Fill the new connection form / in name of owner

   2. Light bill print / photocopy / or copy of index 2

   3. Cheque of Rs 6550 (includes deposit and connection charges)

3. Gas supply starts within 24 hours after you receive a consumer number SMS

4. Expense for internal gas supply piping; from the main building gas pipline to your kitchen hob, has to be negotiated with the MNGL workers only

5. There may be minor burner changes / adapters necessary to support natural gas, and not LPG, the cost of which will be additional

MNGL EMI SCHEME FOR THOSE WHO ENROLL BETWEEN 7 FEB 2018 to 24 FEB 2018

• 1. 1. Pay Rs 500 before 24 Feb 2018

     2. Pay Rs 5500 in 11 EMIs upon installation

     3. Scheme is valid if 70 people sign up from SOJ A1/A2 - else the Rs 500 will be refunded

     4. Send in your names and cash/paytm to Ameya 9545524246

     5. If you choose NOT to get the connection for any reason, Rs 500 will be forfeited

     6. If you choose to opt for MNGL services, you can avail the EMI offer and need not pay lumpsum Rs 5500

     7. Offer is not valid for those who have already enrolled for MNGL connections before 7 Feb 2018

     8. Those who have enrolled earlier still pay Rs 5500 lumpsum to get the connection into their homes

     9. Charges will increase to Rs 6550 when MNGL connections are online

• 1. 1. MNGL is ready with infrastructure to provide connection to flats for piped gas PNG

     2. SOJ MC has already submitted their approval to MNGL to start their marketing and engineering activities in the society

     3. Layout diagram of PNG pipes and how connections will be provided to flat units will be made available for review

     4. It is estimated that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete the entire civil work and start gas connections

     5. Charges

        1. Rs 500 - application fees

        2. Rs 500 - charges for inlet

        3. Rs 5000 - refundable deposit against meter and connection

     6. MNGL representatives will visit all flats in person to collect Rs 500 as booking amount

     7. They need confirmation from 60% flats in SOJ society to start their work - so even if you dont want connection now but want it in the future - please pay Rs 500 as application fees and pay the rest when you get a meter installed inside your house

     8. Changing from LPG to PNG needs a minor nozzle modification to existing builder provided hobs in the kitchen, those new nozzles will be provided by MNGL - for this purpose the hob needs to be removed from the granite slab, the nozzles be changed and hob will be fixed back on granite slab - MNGL workers assure that the hob will be fixed back the same way builder had provided

     9. MNGL will put the meter next to drinking water outlet on the wall in the kitchen and provide a connector to hob inlet - none of the copper wiring of PNG will be concealed, it cannot be under the kitchen granite slab

     10. The connection from their copper wire to hob inlet will need to be done by unit owner, drill a hole in granite and connect with regular LPG cable, like the one used from cylinder to hob

     11. You can apply for connection anytime now or later - connections are always issued in the name of owner - tenants can fill the form and sign on their behalf, also provide cheque on owner's behalf - but address proof would be required that of owner only - the connection is non-transferrable
