      1. Includes invitation for returning officer

   2. Date of inviting nominations for elections - 03 Mar 2024

      1. Publish contestant list 

      2. Announce selected returning officer who shall preside over the election

   3. Date of publishing provisional voter list - 22 Feb 2024

      1. Date of inviting corrections to voter list - 03 Mar 2024

      2. Date of publishing final voter list - 06 Mar 2024

   4. Date of election - 9 Mar 2024

   5. Date of last working day of current MC - 31 Mar 2023

      1. Plan for handover during these three weeks

   6. Elections are to be held again if more than 50% of the elected MC resigns and loses office

   7. Expenses for elections are to be booked against office expenses as provisioned under bye laws u/s 

Who is eligible to contest elections

1. 8. You are member of society and hold name in share certificate

   9. If your name is not first in the share certificate, you shall submit form 10A and written NOC from first member who shall waive off all rights to contesting member

   10. No outstanding dues 

   11. No outstanding civil or criminal law suits 

   12. Someone with qualification of availability of time and inclination for general administration of the society
