Message to all residents

With great relaxations comes great responsibility . We must know that relaxations are brought in to ease our day to day lives . But precaution has to be taken at all times, because Corona virus is still very much active . If one positive case is found in any of the SOJ towers , it will lead to aborting the relaxations at once . Hence it is prime duty of residents to ensure that the protocol is adhered to . Do raise an alarm and report to society MC whenever a case of non-compliance is seen

Please do not employ any of the domestic staff unless absolutely urgent

Please know that you expose yourself and your family to a lot of risk of infection by allowing anybody from outside of GV premises inside your house , especially whose whereabouts cannot be trusted as truthfully as you may want to

SOP - Access to maids / househelp / cooks

(Applicable from 8th June 2020 - until further notice)

• 1. Residents must submit signed undertaking to society to employ services of maids / househelp / cooks (domestic staff) - click here to view undertaking . Print it yourself or get a copy from P1 guard . Submit it to P1 security guard of your own building .

  2. Domestic staff must procure a medical fitness certificate . It should be easy to procure from any clinic in Kharadi usually open from 8am to 8pm . This is one time and to be submitted at main gate. If there is a cost involved, it would be better if the employer resident bears the cost. (view sample 1 , view sample 2)

  3. Domestic staff shall make an entry at main gate (in written register) and have their temperature checked - entry not permitted if temperature is 100F or 37.7C or higher

  4. Domestic staff shall make an entry with SOJ P1 security - timings 6 am to 9 pm only

     1. SOJ security will confirm with resident's undertaking if domestic staff is permitted

     2. SOJ security will check temperature and make a notification for that day in mygate app

     3. SOJ security will have them sanitise hands and instruct to wear maks at all times and ensure social distancing is maintained

     4. And let them into the towers

  5. Residents must:

     1. Verify SOJ security has raised mygate notification with temperature check of domestic staff

     2. Confirm weekly attendance in mygate app to ensure protocol is adhered to

     3. Report to society at once if domestic staff shows any symptoms or resides in a place which has turned into a hotspot

     4. Abide by the undertaking at all times

  6. Main gate security:

     1. Main gate issues gate passes to all maids working at GV, against their ID proof and copy of aadhar card

     2. All maids and cooks and domestic help must procure this gate pass

     3. If the gate pass is not procured , the maid will be given 3 days for furnishing the documents and getting the gate pass issued

     4. After 3 days if the maid does not have gate pass, then entry cannot be allowed into SOJ towers

     5. This is in interest of overall community security, and a permanent procedure, irrespective of Covid guidelines

SOP - Access to car cleaners

(Applicable from 8th June 2020 - until further notice)

• 1. Car cleaners shall make an entry at main gate (in written register) and have their temperature checked - entry not permitted if temperature is 100F or 37.7C or higher

  2. Car cleaners shall make an entry with SOJ P1 security - timings 5 am to 8 am only

  3. SOJ security will check temperature and make a notification for that day in mygate app

     1. SOJ security will have them sanitise hands and instruct to wear maks at all times and ensure social distancing is maintained

     2. And let them into the parking areas

  4. Residents must;

     1. Use mygate attendance report to prorate salary as deemed fit

  5. Do not give car keys to them to clean from the inside

     1. Refrain any contact with the car cleaners

     2. Car cleaners shall not enter any of the towers and shall not use elevators or lobbies

     3. Car cleaners shall use mild soap to wash cars , only from the outside , they will not clean from the inside

SOP - Access to dog walkers

(Applicable from 8th June 2020 - until further notice)

• 1. Dog walkers shall make an entry at main gate (in written register) and have their temperature checked - entry not permitted if temperature is 100F or 37.7C or higher

  2. Dog walkers shall make an entry with SOJ P1 security

  3. SOJ security will check temperature and make a notification for that day in mygate app

     1. SOJ security will have them sanitise hands and instruct to wear maks at all times and ensure social distancing is maintained

  4. The dog parent must come down at P1 level to handover the dog to the dog walker always wearing a mask

  5. Dog parents must;

  6. Ensure that the dog walker cleans up after the dog - scoop the poop please!

     1. Use mygate attendance report to prorate salary as deemed fit

  7. Refrain any direct contact with the dog walker

  8. Sanitise hands after exchanging dog leash

  9. Dog walkers shall not enter any of the towers and shall not use elevators or lobbies
