Dear A1 and A2 Residents,
In cognizance of multiple incidents of residents, walking or passing by, getting injured by children playing football or cycling recklessly, all the MCs in GV societies have frame the following rules:
Please take note of the following guidelines regarding playing football and cycling in the central lawn area:
*Football Playing* is only permitted daily between *9:00 PM and 10:30 PM*.
*Cricket* is *not permitted* in the central lawn. A designated area is available for cricket within the Greenville premises.
*Rash or reckless cycling* is strictly prohibited in the central lawn area. Multiple incidents of rash cycling resulting in people being hit have already been reported.
Kindly communicate these rules to your children as well to avoid any confusion in the future.
The *security guard stationed at the Evolve Clubhouse* has been duly empowered to intervene and stop anyone including children — found playing football outside permitted hours or engaging in reckless cycling in the central lawn area.
⚠️ *Please note:* Residents should refrain from *arguing with or obstructing the security guard* in the discharge of his duties.
These guidelines have been discussed and approved by the Management Committees of all societies across *Greensville*.
More so, it is our duty to care for each other and develop a stronger sense of community wellbeing. Multiple incidents are reported by people getting injured, as recently as a 12 year old child having bled profusely when hit by football on her head.
Our society already has amenities for tennis, cricket, basketball - there is no designated amenity for any other sport. Please do not use common areas as professional sports ground. The common areas belong to everyone and the argument whether children can use it to play professionally, does not hold any basis.
Your cooperation is deeply solicited.
Thanks
A1 A2 MC Team.
