As informed earlier, we are aiming for Class A audit certificate from registrar for SOJ A1 A2
We have rolled out a software for our CHS audit - SOC-DOC-LOC
You should have received an invitation email to login - the same email IDs used on ADDA have been enabled on SOC-DOC-LOC

Once you login [with email OTP], no password, please VERIFY the following:
1. Confirm your index 2 details [all fields and values], confirm index 2 attached copy
2. Confirm details of all owners as mentioned on index 2 [name, email, DOB, PAN, AADHAR]
3. Confirm details of share certificate [all fields + attached copy]
4. Confirm documents attached [builder possession letter - 3 pages, parking - 2 pages, copies of PAN+aadhar]
5. Confirm nomination details [all fields, name, email, DOB, PAN, AADHAR]
6. Confirm if bank loan details are added, if you have an outstanding loan on your flat
If you have bought a resale flat, you need to confirm above details for yourself and your previous owners for entire chain of ownership of your flat - this is important
There is a section on the bottom of the flat details page called "DATA SCORECARD" and "NOTES"
Please go through that for pending items and complete them at your earliest availability
Please submit necessary documents to society office or email them to sojfms@gmail.com
The documents section on the left gives you access to important society documents you may need over time, same for MC meetings and Notices if published if any
This is critical for CHS audit and your cooperation is important for the same
We are aiming for 100% completion of the documents in order to win Class A audit with the registrar of societies, audit is scheduled around 13 June 2026
