Dear Residents,
• The Evolve Clubhouse has been open up for commercial classes (tuition, dance, swimming, etc.) — giving residents the advantage of professional training on-site. Most of the trainers are from within GV members and few trainers visit from outside of GV.
• Revenue from this usage goes toward maintaining common amenities, helping keep your maintenance charges down.
• Because commercial use raises operational costs (electricity, housekeeping, security, upkeep) and limits resident access, providers are charged for using the facility.
• Problem: Several providers have outstanding dues and repeated payment disputes — this cannot continue.
Action required (applies to all providers, including resident coaches — no exceptions):
• Clear all pending dues by end of June, OR
• Deposit Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) with the Common Area Manager as a good-faith commitment.
• Non-compliance = classes discontinued from July.
For residents attending these classes:
• Follow up with your coach/instructor on their payment status.
• Don't obstruct the Common Area Manager if he restricts entry to coaches with unpaid dues.
